  • Google Sheets Data (All): We write output data to the Google Sheets you designate.
  • Metadata: We collect basic metadata (timestamps, usage counts) to prevent duplicate processing and manage quotas.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
  • Process your data (emails, sheet rows) and export results as requested.
  • Manage your account, credits, and subscriptions.
  • Detect and prevent fraud.

4. Data Storage and Security

Our tools operate primarily within your Google account environment using Google Apps Script. We do not store your email body content or spreadsheet data on our external servers. Processing happens in real-time. Any temporary data used during processing is discarded immediately after the operation is complete.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

If you use AI-powered features (in Smart Email Parser or AI for Sheets Pro), non-sensitive snippets of content may be processed by our AI provider (e.g., OpenAI) solely for the purpose of the requested task (extraction, writing, analysis). We ensure that no data is used for training their models.
