This Privacy Policy explains how AI Suites accesses, uses, processes, and protects Google user data when you use Smart Email Parser or AI for Sheets Pro.

2. Information We Access

  • Google Account Email: Used for authentication and account identification.
  • Gmail Read-Only Access (Smart Email Parser): We read Gmail messages that match user-defined filters in order to extract structured information.
  • Google Sheets Access: We write extracted data into user-selected spreadsheets and may read sheet content for formatting or updates. We also read user-selected cell data to provide AI processing capabilities.

We request only the minimum permissions required for our Services to function.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Search Gmail using user-defined filters.
  • Read email content for structured data extraction.
  • Extract fields such as subject, sender, date, invoice numbers, or totals.
  • Read data from user-selected Google Sheets cells.
  • Transmit selected data to an external AI provider (OpenAI) to generate requested outputs (analysis, translation, content generation).
  • Export structured or generated results back into Google Sheets selected by the user.

We only read emails, and we only read cell data explicitly selected by the user. We do not modify, delete, or send emails. We do not overwrite your existing spreadsheet data without permission.

4. Data Sharing and AI/ML Disclosure

We do not sell or rent Google user data.

If AI-powered processing is used, selected content (email data or spreadsheet cell data) may be securely transmitted to an AI provider (OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating the requested outputs.

AI/ML Model Training Disclosure:
AI Suites (including Smart Email Parser and AI for Sheets Pro) does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Data transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI) is subject to strict zero-data retention policies and is not used to train their models.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Processing occurs using Google-authorized APIs.
  • We do not permanently store email body content or spreadsheet cell data.
  • Data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication secures account access.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain only minimal account-related information (such as your email address and credit balance) required to operate the Service.
  • Users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions settings.
  • Users may request deletion of stored account-related data by contacting us at kanani.kishan23@gmail.com.
  • Verified deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Google API Services Compliance

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
