By installing and using our Google Workspace Add-ons (including Smart Email Parser and AI for Sheets Pro), collectively referred to as the "Service", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Services provide automation tools for Google Workspace:

• Smart Email Parser: Automates data extraction from emails to Google Sheets.
• AI for Sheets Pro: Provides AI-powered tools for data analysis, writing, and translation within Google Sheets.

3. User Accounts & Licenses

You may need a valid Google Account to use the Service. Paid features require a valid license key or active subscription, which is obtained via our Stripe integration. Licenses are non-transferable and subject to the specific tier limits.

4. Usage Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the quota limits defined in your selected plan (e.g., number of emails processed, AI credits). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed these limits or abuse the Service.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. The Service runs within your Google account environment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Suites (or its operators) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
